These terms apply when you use keencares.com or buy from KeenCares (Azimpur Adhunik Nagar Market, Shop No-4, 1st Floor, Dhaka-1212). By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy policy, Delivery information and Return & refund policy.

• You can order as a guest with just your mobile number, or create an account with your mobile number and a password.
• Keep your password and one-time codes private. Never share an SMS code - KeenCares staff will never ask for it.
• You must give true, complete details. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Don't misuse the site: no fake orders, fake reviews, scraping, attempts to break security, or anything unlawful. Reviews and photos you post must be your own and honest; we may remove ones that aren't, and by posting you let us show them on the site.

We sell original products from authorised importers and distributors. Product photos are for illustration; packaging can change between batches.

Information on this site is for general guidance and is not medical advice. Read the label, follow the dose, and talk to a doctor before using supplements if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicine or have a medical condition.

Prescription medicines can't be ordered online. We only supply them by phone or in the shop against a valid prescription.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you order. Where a maximum retail price (MRP) is printed, we never charge more than it.

You can pay cash on delivery, or online with bKash or SSLCommerz (cards, mobile banking, internet banking). Online payments are handled by those providers; we never see or store your card or PIN.

If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we'll contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we confirm it - by SMS link or a phone call for cash-on-delivery orders, or after successful payment for prepaid orders.

We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund if you paid) if the item is out of stock, the price was wrong, the details look fraudulent, or we can't reach you to confirm.

You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier, using the link in your SMS or by calling us. Prepaid orders are then refunded in full.

We usually deliver in 1-2 days inside Dhaka City and 5-7 days elsewhere in Bangladesh. These are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery. Details are on the Delivery page.

Returns and refunds follow our Return & refund policy. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

The KeenCares name, logo, design, text and photos on this site belong to KeenCares or its suppliers. Don't copy them for commercial use without written permission. Brand names belong to their owners.

We take care to keep the site accurate and running, but can't promise it will always be error-free. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of a product against its label or medical advice, or by events outside our control.

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by floods, storms, strikes, hartal, government action, network outages, courier disruption or similar events. We'll keep you informed and you may cancel affected orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you ordered apply to that order.
