Privacy policy

• Order details: your name, mobile number, delivery address, e-mail (optional) and what you buy.
• Account details: your mobile number and password (stored only as a secure hash - we can't read it).
• What you send us: reviews, review photos and messages from the contact form.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information, and cookies that keep your bag and login working.

• to process, confirm, deliver and support your orders, including SMS updates;
• to let you sign in with your phone number and see your orders;
• to prevent fraud - for example, we look at past delivery and cancellation history for a phone number before shipping cash-on-delivery orders;
• to answer your questions and complaints;
• to send stock alerts or reminders you asked for. Marketing messages are only sent if you agreed, and you can opt out any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share only what's needed with:

• Couriers (e.g. Steadfast, Pathao): name, phone, address and the amount to collect;
• Payment providers (bKash, SSLCommerz): to take and refund payments. Card numbers and PINs go straight to them - we never see them;
• SMS and e-mail providers: to deliver our messages to you;
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are hashed, one-time codes expire after a few minutes, and only staff who need it can see order details. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes (usually up to 6 years). Contact-form messages and review photos are kept while useful and can be deleted on request.

We use essential cookies for your bag, sign-in and region. We may also use analytics or advertising tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser, but the bag and login may stop working.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by contacting us below. We'll respond within 72 hours. Some order records must be kept by law even after an account is deleted.

Our site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
